It's absolutely unreal. Very beautiful. My only critic is that it lacks the authors personality. It is perfect in every way and yet we cannot see you in it. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I like to see a bit of the artist's soul in each if his drawing.

Thank you ^.^

I will tell you one sad story about "my artistic input" in a commission. I was once commissioned a piece no different than this one, just full body one. It still was done realistically but I left some sketch lines and construction lines in it so the drawing looks more "my" and more academic. It looked like done from a real life model. You can google term "academic drawings" to see what I mean. The person came to collect commission and left without it saying he doesn't like it. :)

We (artists) don't want to starve in the end :D So abandoning soul when drawing isn't the biggest sacrifice in my opinion. I agree with what you said and I think all the same.

I am really sorry to hear that! I just find it so much more interesting to see who the creator is through the drawing. Especially if its so realistic it looks like a picture. I love the way you draw, it's really beautiful and I am sure you don't fully abandon your soul! Anyway, I fully support what you do!

This is unreal girl. This is all done with HB pencils? Sorry if someone has asked before, but do you eyeball the original photo or do you light trace it?  I mean,  your pieces are perfect facsimiles of their photographic counterparts. I've seen a lot of good and great pencil work in my time, but you might have reached the zenith.

Thank you very much for your comment. To answer your question: I know how to "eyeball" :D the photo onto paper/canvas I know how to construct face with proportions not doing mistakes, I know what bones look like, how are muscles located, how does skin behave - I practised drawing all that for many years. I also know how to do it mathematically (with ruler and calculator) but I don't do that in big scale works. First of all this will take 2342372534 hours and make me tired before I start drawing. This one is 1meter by 1 meter big. it is hard to step back, and see if there are no mistakes from the distance, The surface is canvas - it is hard and sometimes impossible to erase the construction lines. This is why I decided to trace, which you can try to imagine isn't easy at all :) Also when you want to have the result I wanted to reach, I would possibly kill myself if after months of drawing I suddenly noticed that 1 eye is too high/close/far relating to the other one, that I couldn't see in the line work. Hope you got my point :)
